You will receive an email with instructions to setup your Customer Portal, this is where you will manage your subscription, and payment method.

Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give us a call, send us a text, or email us.

At Poop Scoop Dudes, We bill on the first of each month for services provided in the previous month. To ensure a seamless payment process, please add a credit or debit card to your account. Once your payment method is on file, we'll automatically send you an invoice and charge your card accordingly

What to Expect on your Service Day

Arrival Notification

You will receive a notification 15-60 minutes before your visit letting you know the technician is on the way. You are not required to be home, but aggressive dogs are required to be put away and access to the property must be available.

Thorough Scoop

Your Technician will begin scooping your yard. Poop Scoop Dudes are trained to walk the yard in a Grid pattern to ensure no Poop is left behind.

Post-Service Peace of Mind

Once your Yard is completely Poop Free the Technician will close your gate to ensure your dog's safety. You will receive a photo confirmation that the gate is secure so you don't have to worry if your pets escape.

Waste Haul Away

After scooping and Locking the gate we will load up all the poop and take it away from your property. No more stinky trash bins!
